It says it's full, but I'm pretty sure it's not and it doesn't matter how long I wait I'm never able to join. I'm not worried about qualifying because I can use the other servers, but idk if I will be able to connect for the race.

For some reason I can't connect to 19802 for qualifying.. I don't think I'm banned or anything so idk what the problem is. Any suggestions?? Uid 10973
