Non erode or erode? Because IMO, playing the track while it's getting eroded helps a ton compared to just hopping on a fully eroded track. If it's non erode, I'd just suggest whatever outdoor track pre 2018 and slow your pace down. Speed comes with consistency, not vice versa. Thanks Atom non erode...

Register on RF then request a license. You will start at a C class license, until you start winning amateur races. Then you can request a class higher....

Try "Roll Damping" in your advanced Stability. You should post your complete advanced Setup for more Help. To an extent that would help.
