Under the general discussion tab towards the top there's a topic on MXS Garage that's what he's referring to. It allows you to make multiple setups and then upload them to the game so you can try different setups more easily.

I use tinypic choose your folder and then upload it then choose the link that says for forums and then just paste that link into your post man.
