Re: Tutorial - Rendering A Shadow Map
I think he's using POV to do antialiasing. I always just rendered at double resolution and scaled down to get that effect. Anyway, try 8194. (The pattern is 1025*2=2050, 2049*2=4098, 4097*2=8194) Thanks JLV! For anyone that has done all the steps correctly, and are still getting an "error reading s...

Re: Tutorial - Rendering A Shadow Map
If you are using a 2049 map, try this one (will take alot longer to render): [4098, AA 0.3] Width=4098 Height=4098 Antialias=On Antialias_Threshold=0.3 What should I set this first number in brackets to for the newer 4k terrains? If 4098 is used for a 2k map, I'm confused on what I should put for a...

Re: [Video Tutorial] How to Import Terrain and Place Continuous Fencing and Banners
Okay so Blenders UI has changed quite a bit it looks like from when this video was made. Im at this step in video 2 where you are changing the viewport shading to "texture". https://i.postimg.cc/d1TDwKpx/IMG-3408.png Although when I open my viewport shading options, this is what im given. https://i....

Re: Blender Help $$
have you thought about lining the track with banners using objects in the editor? Thanks for the reply! The only problem I have with doing this is that, as you probably know, there is the "90° to the ground" issue where it's almost impossible to get a perfectly flowing fence/banner. I would normall...

Blender Help $$
I was able to find some very high quality lidar data of a specific track I'm working on, I'm nearly finished I just need continuous fencing & banners from inside Blender. I simply just don't have the time to learn a new software at this moment so I'm willing to pay for your time, and obviously will ...

iRacing Style Incident Point System
Just now getting back into sim after about 7 years. I got super involved in iRacing over the years and thought about what it would be like if there were an option where we could race with the safety rating system that iRacing uses. A setting that we could turn on/off at our discretion per server. Fo...

This is a backyard supercross track I made like 5 or 6 years ago that probably died in the forums over the years, previously known as "Faktery SX". All I've done is change the name and traction to suit it better for erode. Still one of the most fun tracks for me to rip laps on so I thought I'd brin...

Re: 2018 Amsoil Arenacross Rd. 1: Dayton, Ohio
By chance will you be making all the tracks? Curious to know, because I wouldn't mind hosting a NA Based series for this for EMF. This literally took me a couple hours to whip up so I wouldn't mind making all the tracks, only issue is that I'm not sure if the few current ax stadiums available would...

THIS IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY ARENACROSS SERIES. I made this purely from boredom. Anyways, this is a replica of round 1 of the Amsoil Arenacross series that I thought I'd release. Enjoy. https://s10.postimg.org/6ni6kqsax/screenshot004.png https://s10.postimg.org/ur8y91ihl/screenshot005.png TRACK ...
