No you have to use it, at least if you want to race and have 2016 bikes.

yes i want. but the suspension is way too soft also if i put Compression damping up to 100.

Hello, can somebody WRITE a litle tutorial to the new suspension. Especially on the outdoors i have problem with suspension. I am jump in theese little bumps into the cornor and out of the corner. My fork kills m :( need help. PS: Please dont post any youtube links i cannot understand what they say....
