I had a PC reset and my mx sim isn't in my email can I get it emailed again

I accidently deleted my mx sim folder and now i cant play is this a waste of money or do i get th game back?

When I try to do a online race it asks me do you want to use the thing i usually use the first thing you use see but it does not let me click it and go into the server i cant EVEN GET INTO MX SIM HELP ME
