Switched the game from windowed to fullscreen, I am assuming that it dedicated more resources to the program, thus treating it like a actual game and not just a window. Then again, who knows. Either way, frames are stable, no random lag. Can finally enjoy the game ...

Nada, this happens in all modes, single player, multi, and time trials.

Still nothing JLV, I realize an old bump but this issue still persists. I can not for the life of me find a fix, I am at this point willing to try installing a different OS if it means working. No hardware changes since last time.
