The Penalties were discussed and voted on by all admins as we always do. It was a first offense not a second offense even though he may have caused more than one disruption on the track. You can plainly see in the video evidence that he was having trouble riding on the track and did not case issues ...

Yes, the next track should have better traction. I agree Monster Energy track is very hard to not slide on.
