Are you getting 60fps even by yourself on single player? Single player and on certain tracks, then others it’s like 20 FPS. It’s weird to because I can play gta online at 60 FPS. No, that is max settings? I'm confused. If you mean that's low frame rate then yes I agree. You're not going to be able to run max settings with a full gate at 125 fps on a laptop, unless you get one of those gnarly gtx1080 laptops. Most laptops use a mobile version of the graphic card.
