Need help! Reinstalled my game to try and fix my offset issue. This happened when I tried to run the installer.

Restarted my game last night, went to go onto multiplayer got in the server but my ping was over 5000 and my offset went from -10000 to 5000 in a matter of milliseconds. I don’t have any internet issues on any other program on my computer. Any suggestions?
