Is anyone else having a lag issue on this track. I only have this problem with vegas every other tack is fine

I've been having this issue trying to connect to the emf servers where it says contacting server or can't resolve address on all emf servers. I checked my firewall and that isn't the issue. I have the latest snapshot and I'm at a loss for what to do any help would be much appreciated.

I installed the stadium reducer and now I can't connect to any server
