I downloaded it with the link and it seems to be working for me if anyone else has this problem please let me know. Did you seperate the folders from the unzipped folder?

Its like a mix of a sx and mx track with lights. tracks really fun a couple bigger whip jumps some on offs and a couple other lines

For the sky box to work you will need the tmfr track linked above. It also changes the way the decals look. I recommend you download it anyways.
