I'm having this same problem. It says pipe updated but nothing changes. The 250 sound changed once and nothing else

Glen helen doesn't show up in my tracks, ive downloaded twice, tried everything

when I try to hop on elsinore servers and race, it takes me to hangtown and says track info has been modified from its something something something, I downloaded med to best run with my pc and havnt touched any files or editor, why is this?
