The out dated enginge he uses wont support over 125 FPS the physics are tied to the frame rate in order for him to update the graphics he would have to port his game to unity or something which I suggest he does than translate the physics into the new code base...

I support this idea but with out an accurate tire physics model this is useless, and I doubt that is comming any time soon.
