I accidentally hit notepad for my bike files any ways to fix?

I made a mistake, I accidentally hit note pad to open my bike skins, any way to fix this?

What bike is it under in the game?

I am looking for a KTM 250-2 Stroke that has a PNG file along with the JM files. Does anybody know of anything?
