Struggling in whoops
Hi everyone. I'm getting into sx. I've been practicing on Chad Reed compound south SX on a 250. I think I'm getting better but I feel like I'm really struggling in whoops. sometimes I hit them just right and sometimes it's all over the place. is there a ceratin technique involved? what are the thing...

Re: Looking back at opponents?
Yes, looking back would be too realistic for this simulator. Instead, I'll look to my mini map that I also have in real life to track the positions of every rider on the track. And ofcrouse if you foget to turn on your minimap in real life you constantly have a pitboard with the seconds behind :) I...

Re: Looking back at opponents?
In what way? This is just a thing people actually do when racing in real life...DougBauer19 wrote:As cool as this would be, at the end of the day this game is a simulator and that'd ruin the "simulation" even more.

Looking back at opponents?
What do you guys think about a button that allows you to look back, like in other video games and in real life? Imagine being able to jump something, look at where the other guy is behind you, and defend your position accordingly?

Tear offs and look backs in jumps
Hey guys, I've seen a few screenshots of people who seem to be removing tearoffs and/or looking back (see J Perry's facebook cover I've linked to here). I'm not even sure what to search to achieve these on my screenshots, can anyone point me in the right direction? This is J. Perry's cover photo: ht...

Re: 1st Person looking ahead
The only way I would see this being possible would be to implement vr into the game. It would probably not be possible to code an automatic camera change because sometimes you don't want to look ahead and sometimes you do. Steering, leaning forward or back, and moving camera would be too many contr...

1st Person looking ahead
Hey. I'm new to first person, tried it a few times only. I found it super difficult to use. I feel like the rider is looking straight ahead no matter what. In real life I feel like I would be looking ahead on the track much more. What I mean is when I enter a turn I feel like the rider should be loo...
