So I am not positive that I still know what is causing it but I figured out how to fix it. By turn my reshade delay up it stop causing the textures to go black as I rode.

You have it in a sub-folder most likely. Thank you for the help I figured it out, but sometimes the tracks will load and while I ride there will be white or black spots in the ground texture. I have an 8gb 1070 and a 2700x so I don't know whether it's graphical settings or what? any advice is appre...
