does setup save the dyno, name and number too?

So i have been getting this weird bud lately where sometimes when i change to a different track display name changes to another ive used previously and the bike i have enabled changes to one ive used before also. It seems to me that for some reason the game has saved bikes and names to tracks or som...

there are some older suzuki models that are free on tm factory

so ive looked around and cant seem to find and skins of jeffrey herlings other than his bike. does anyone have a download link to a skin of herlings suit?
