You're getting a lot of 32 fps frames. Does it help if you set "ground texture levels" to 0?

Try making a completely clean install+personal folder setup. Just the zzz*.saf files and nothing else. Then install your track and save the trackinfo. Does the hash in the trackinfo change?

Each one of those settings play off of each other. As you may of noticed there is no option for fresnel. So if you change the value of metallic to 1, it give it the properties of a metal. Then based off amount of specularity and roughness that you give it, it will automatically calculate the correc...

I believe that node is essentially just mix(diffuse, gloss).

I could support some node setups. If your nodes are basically mix(diffuse, gloss) it'll definitely do it. Maybe mix(diffuse, mix(gloss(roughness1), gloss(roughness2))) as well but just from experimenting in Blender I've found the effect of more complicated node setups is pretty subtle. I could see a...

Sounds like this problem. There's a workaround for it. I just haven't switched the servers over yet.

The only thing the game will notice is the --erode setting. It never looks at those environment variables.

There are explanations of the variables in the tileinfo topic.

"texturelist" is an obsolete version of "tileinfo". You just need "tileinfo" unless you want the track to work on very old versions of the game.

The erode_* settings go in the tileinfo file for the track. They aren't environment variables.

If I'm not mistaken isn't JLV currently using the source engine with is out of date, to a certain degree. I am no genius and I personally think Unreal Engine 4 would make the game look like incredible, however in a game like sim do we REALLY need our stuff to look like something we'd see if we walk...
