I download object pack but I only get tuff blocks finish line and there is no racing tent and other stuff see on youtube

when im trying to download rf national tracks it dosent show textures do i have do somthing different other than normal tracks??

i dont have track folder

um it shows nothing but track no textures no trees or anything do you know how to fix it it also happens on other tracks to
