So I reinstalled the catalyst drivers as you said, and for whatever reason that fixed my problems. Thanks for the help! This thread can be deleted

For anyone still having trouble, try selecting the specific folder for the track when you unzip it. For whatever reason selecting it instead of trying to unzip the whole download worked for me.
