the only idea i dont like is that we have to have the skin to be able to see it, i like the realistic skin element to the game and could care less whether i personally get to ride with those skins on my bike/rider or not

just a little suggestion, maybe private skin files could be given to anyone, but set permissions to where everyone can see them but only some people can use them?
