I downloaded some redbull helmets but when i go into the race it's just a plain helmet like the AI riders have. I only have this problem with the redbull helmets and ive tried ones uploaded from different people

When i download the JS7 Compound and i go to play on it the whole track is white and there is no trees even visible. If anyone knows what the problem is please help me.
