I changed Use Shader Programs and Use Framebuffer Objects from yes to no, and after that the game would finally load the tracks

I removed my config file from my personal folder and started the game so it would create another one. It worked fine and I started to change all of my gear and graphics settings back. There was an update for Windows yesterday, but I dont think that would cause this. And yes other games work just fine.
