crossrutted landing a ski jump then high sided hit the takeoff with my arm then cleared the jump landed on my head and got knocked out

Snapped my arm on a 100ft table, ouch, snapped the humerus on my left arm.

Snappedy arm here's how it happened Jumped the single then cross rutted and hit the face without my bike bounced then took off cleared the jump without my bike and landed on my face and arm nose is swollen up too haha!
