Make sure you have all the models. I had the problem once and this fixed it

i downloaded a model with a template i made the skin and put it in game, The skin is on the list but when i click on it, it only shows the default/stock skin. please help.

Here is another question. When i save it as a png and preview it in Photoviewer, it says it doesnt show the format!
