How do i get it in the game? Do i need to delete the orginal ddmx model?

I have watched 5-10 tutorials, and rear over 200 pages of stuff and still cannot get model downloads to work..here is step by step what i do download pops up open or save- i click open. then when the download is through it pops up in winrar I then drag the winrar into my program files, mx simulator ...

I am a noob to mxs and I need help..i know you are going to tell me to search and find it my self but thats the problem..i have searched everywhere and i dont know what im doing wrong. I have downloaded the 2010 crf250r modle..part one and two..and i placed it in my personal folder..but its not show...
