1:1 scaling in Mx Simulator is NOT realistic. The way the rider and bike are, it does not fit 1:1 scaling. The rider is 12ft tall . But let me get to my feedback and opinion. Nah that's fine to use the boolean modifier, that's how I do my holes as well. I mean connecting the verts like this so you don't end up with n-gons.

Yeah I would definitely go less on the cradle. Try something like 12 sides. Also where you cut holes in the frame, if you leave it how it is, you'll end up with horrible shading in game. I try to keep any holes inside of a quad, so I can just use triangles to connect them. That will help a lot with ...

Take a picture of it in edit mode instead, that way we can see the actual polygons.

Can you show us a view of the wireframe? It looks like a lot of things can be heavily optimized, like the head tube and lower cradle. If you're not going to do a full 3d chain, then you'll want to shoot for around 30-50k tris.

Way too many people use the lasso tool instead of the pen tool to create shapes in photoshop. The only time the lasso tool should be used is to make selections, but even then you can do that with the pen tool.

Why would you have the goggles take up half of the UV space? There's plenty of room to fit the goggles on the original template...
