Re: Is there a way to limit fps?

I tried turning vertical sync off and even though I use a gsync monitor there's very obvious tearing, setting it to Use the 3D application setting fixed it for me, so that's staying on. Nvidia Control Panel now has a Max Frame Rate setting for me, must've been added in a recent update. It works but...

Re: Is there a way to limit fps?

For nvidia control panel, I have the Preferred refresh rate for mxs set to Application Controlled , Threaded Optimization set to Auto , and Vertical Sync set to Use the 3D application setting . That's just what I've been running and I'm anything but an expert. I find Threaded Optimization to drasti...

Re: Heavy front end after new computer

I've bought a new computer and i've loaded the exact graphics and bike setup but the bike is very front end heavy both in a roller section and mid air the bike tends to endo more aggressively. I adjusted the setup with adjusting the body weight more to the back and slowing down the rebound but the ...

Re: Game Problem

The game will be available for download in the email you used when you bought the game. Not sure about the one problem, but make sure your game is named "MX.exe" to join servers through webpages etc

Re: 2020 Dynos

I have some concerns about it for regular dirt though. For some reason at very high speeds, the back end of the bike gets a bit slippery, almost like randomly jumping into a mud pit. Would that be something that needs to get adjusted in the traction settings? Does this happen under engine braking? ...

Re: Is there a way to limit fps?

pc specs are: i5 6600k asus z170A Mobo 16gb corsair 3000mhz ddr4 ram Gigabyte 980 Its not that it isnt reaching that fps, it just doesnt feel anywhere near a smooth as it did at 60fps, almost like it is stuttering or dropping fps momentarily, but watching my fps counter shows that this isnt really ...

Re: 2020 Dynos

Slip function 2 works really well. It lets you weaken acceleration while keeping decent traction for turning and braking. I'm surprised no one is interested in it. I think it's more of a matter of people not knowing what all the settings do and how to adjust them rather than not being interested in...

Re: 2020 Dynos

The game definitely needs to be slowed down though, so if you can manage to get the average speeds down to realistic levels and keep the traction levels so people dont cry then i'd see that as a win. Im actually not entirely sure though. More resistance punishes everyone, less traction only punishe...

Re: 2020 Dynos

Nah. Dirt isn’t slippery. I would argue the lean angles are more of a byproduct of the high speeds, not too much traction. The faster you go, the further you can lean without tipping. I think it would be more effective to slow the speed by adding more resistance than loosening the traction. Because...

Re: 2020 Dynos

traction can slow bikes down, instead of overscaling maybe take a look at traction and how you can use it slow down the flow of the track. can't be stuck on 2018 dynos forever thats not very simulator. This, traction levels in current pro racing is a joke imo Traction is fine IMO, I would like to s...
