They are both open. Anybody can sign up, but everyone is limited to signing up for one of the classes.

I'll do Zach one better. Any protests of backwards riding/freeriding will result in a suspension from the entire site.

Not to jack this thread or anything, but I created a team Tagger Designs on MXS Lobby a while ago when the site got it's update, and I just realized it isn't there.
