The sad part is Once you injure a joint, it's pretty much screwed. ive had a total of 13 surgeries: 2 on my right shoulder, 1 left, 3 right kneecap, 2 left, 1 right ankle, 1 right femur, 1 rearranging my small intestines, 1 to stitch my liver and one on my left tibia. getting out of bed is pure hell...
