Got the same issues, overall the game runs smooth, but sometimes it freezes up to 3 seconds. I downgraded my nvidea version to 353.54, and installed the January snapshot - still got the same problem.

The only problem I can think of, is that you already have another track which is called "Freeride", so it overrides this track. (Inside the saf the track folder is just called "Freeride")

I just had some spare time and decided to make a huge freeride track. I worked one day on the track, so everything is rather simple, but the fun factor is damn high! Did you changed something inside the track with the track editor? Because this might be the problem. If so delete all files you have changed. This happended to me as well when I was building the track and I duplicated the forest plane. Another issue could be you're graphics setup. Maybe play around ...
