Outside of the normal everyday stuff, my wife and I sail (cruise) the Great Lakes and also race sailboats. The racing gene never goes away even after the bikes are gone. Is there a lot of strategy in that? I could see how there could be some wind stealing strategies that could come into play. OTOH ...

Re: Isle of Man TT Discussion

Exhilarating to watch but agree, there seems to be an apparent disregard for the safety of the racers. Whether quality of the course, safety barriers, even track crew and event organization. I can see the opposing arguments too. The racers know it’s dangerous. Of course they are not intending to get...

Re: 2022 MX Discussion

Is there a reason why MXGP is consistently only putting 20-30 riders on the gate for 1st motos? I’ve noticed it before and watching the Ernee replay, only 23 or so 250 racers and about 31 or so 450 racers.

OpenGL Post Processing

What are folks using for post processing effects in MXS? I thought I recall years ago having a software that allowed for effects similar to the filters available in the NVIDIA Game Filter.

If you could post settings too, I'd be much appreciative.

Was wondering the same. Thought it was a clear violation. Maybe not pursued since the championship was already decided?

I can’t pretend to even understand all of the intricate rules. Why did Hamilton go to mediums instead of soft?

I got confused with my Ohio boys. Karnow, definitely capable of a contract breach. Clason not so much.

Re: 2022 SX Discussion

From the Ohio forum Pitracer, which I swore to never go back to. Karnow grew up on the Ohio circuit. I think he's a generally good kid, so it could likely be legal fine print that caused the breach? Showed up 10 minutes late to sign autographs? May never know. https://i.ibb.co/hDLMt9v/82-BAABF1-8211...

I've bought the game twice already, and I'd pay for a third. The decade+ of updates is well worth the small investment.

Re: Political Debate Thread

There was a thread similar to this on a forum I used to love, Pitracer. It was divisive and otherwise just infuriated me. Lots of folks with differing opinions and rarely facts to back it up. Memory hole?
