You absolutely cannot do that. Read your own message back and consider what you are doing with someone else's time and effort.

That's what I went with. I'm on a 27" iMac at work and decided I need a similar screen at home. After messing around in games for about an hour, it's abundantly clear I've made the right decision.

Thanks for the tip Peter! It was time for a monitor upgrade anyway, I was on a smaller 1080p screen that the new computer far outpaces. I'll keep it in mind if I ever need to go 144 on the other one again.

I built a similar spec PC to yours, Havoc. Here's my after and before. Waiting on a new monitor to arrive before I play anything - my new GPU is only HDMI and DP out, and my monitor only does 144HZ over DVI! Might as well throw another $400 into the fire.

I feel like a child, but damn it does look pretty cool.

Would it be possible to make the game playable in single player while trying to connect to a full server? The use case here is fairly rare, but I think it would be a cool QOL feature.

It's totally possible to use a PS4 controller. You will need either a micro USB cable or a Bluetooth adapter for it (make sure the cable will carry data and not just power).
