I understand that TM factory racing have the licence to use a TM but why cant someone perhaps make an older TM say 2016 or 2015? any feedback is appreciated.

So i've tried making gear a few times now. And every time I feel i've finish and i go into game, and my gear is all stretched around my character and looks bad but not only that the number that AI and players whose gear you cant see goes over my gear and ruins it, any help is much appreciated really...

I am struggling to make gear for myself as it looks weird when I make it, I am confused as to what i am doing wrong so if someone could either be so kind as to make gear for me or help me out that would be much appreciated
