never mind i got itt!

its telling me that this track doenst match the server track and i cant find any other download but the one on mxscentral and that doesnt work either

so should my offset be at 4000? hahah thats what it was just at. and the game goes in like slow motion.

when i connect to 19803 server my ping is at 0 but offset or whatever is in the parenthesis jumps to 3000 or higher and pretty much disconnects me. can someone explain what the ping and offset is? im trying to find out if this is happening because of my computer or internet.
