mp4 is good but i never saved video with it yet , i use is divx , but to start i think movi maker is better , more easy and do a good job if we set the quality to 2.1

avi work on youtube but not direct avis from fraps , they are uncompressed and usualy they are bigger than what youtube suport..

You have to lean back as you can to go for the jump and then lean forward and that what i call preload and its required and that gives you abit more than a normal jump that do...
