There wont be a public download for the 2014 gear im sorry to say, but it will be released after we've finished using it. I plan to release the 2012/13 gear sets soon, but id like to fix them slightly before release, so sit tight

I use the MVA sort of style.
R2- Trottle
L2- Front Brake
R1- Sit/Dab
L1- Clutch
Square- Up shift
X- Down Shift
Circle- Back up
Triangle- Rear Brake

Another option is that you could have up and down shift on Right analog stick
