Re: Turning - Don't worry, you get used to it. I have no problem with the opposite steering thing anymore.

Re: Finish - If you end the race before the other riders finish, there will be no results. There isn't really a way around it.

There is a way around it...JLV could make it so it simulates the rest of the race. And I may be the only one but the reverse steering still bothers me...Mostly on the supercross tracks. If you get stuck on the side of a jump or something it takes a while sometimes to get going again.

I hate it when it turns you around the longest way possible :?

Yeah I hate when it turns me right up the side of a jump.

Maybe a solution for everyone would be to make the backup (reverse) a little quicker, that way when someone gets into difficulty at the bottom of a jump, or an award berm then making it a little quicker to backup might be the answer. I know when I have come off in a real race I can pull the bike back quite quick as long as I'm not completly knackered .... by making the bike backup quicker allows the rider to be in a better position to quickly give a bit of clutch and get enough speed up to make the bike lean the way you think its going to go....if that makes sense to you....

Cheers

that a really good idea... It has my vote.

also you can always edit posts ( in the top right corner of your post rather) than double posting. makes the forum much neater:)

I would say only double speed.... At the end of the day if you crash it should take a little time just like in real life, thats what annoyed me a little about othe games that sometimes you would crash and not lose any time, if you lose a little time when you crash it makes the game more real...

This is just really to overcome when you come off and you get stuck in an awkward postion you end up losing so much time it is really frustating.

So I think yes double speed sounds about right although the proof is in the pudding.......

Plus .... Cheers for listening, its nice to know that a developer is actually listening !!!!!!!

Here you go. The reverse speed is doubled and I changed the dab behavior so it won't fight you as much at ultra low speeds (less than 5 feet/second). Let me know if it works any better.

The backup speed is nice, and I didn't get to test out the dabbing, but Mittocs told me that the camera in 3rd person follows the head now, and not the bike. Not sure if you forgot to mention that or not, or if you even wanted to put that in at all.

I'm not to sure what it's fixated on now, its just not fixated on the bike anymore(or whatever it was, can't remember). I like the backing up but the 3rd person.. feels a lot smoother but I guess it just takes getting used to. I think for now there needs to be an option to choose between to two 3rd person views.

Hmmm, that new 3rd person didnt turn out as good I expected it would. Maybe there isn't a 3rd person camera that feels right to me with the physics of this game.
