cant get SAF Creator to setup

everytime i try to download it i click on open and it takes me to internet explorer then all of a sudden goes back to the screen that says open, save, cancel. What should i open the file with? and i have .NET Framework 3.5. Any help will be appreciated cause i really wanna download Washougal

To download washougal you do not need the saf creator. To get the saf creator to work, download it, maybe extract it, and then double click on the icon.

what progrma shouldi use ot open it. bc everytime i go to open it it says "Adobe Reader can not open..." so what program should i use?

you want to save it into document for example. Then by using a free program such as winrar extract it and place the folder in Mx simulator personal folder
