Does anyone know when the next version will be coming out for Mx simulator and when it does how do you upgrade to the new version. thanks

There's no schedule or anything. I'm going to try to switch from the current synthesized motor noise to sampled crossfaded motor noise this summer. If it works well there will be a new version shortly after it's done.

A separate patch for each RPM range. The sound played would be interpolated from the closest two patches.

The sound the game uses now is completely synthesized, fake, not taped, not recorded with a microphone in any way. It is made up by the computer. jlv wants to take recorded clips of a real bike, with a real microphone from a group of rpm ranges for the bike, then blend them together on the fly depending on the rpm of the bike. So it could have a real bike sound and actually follow the real rpms.

But don't you think MXS need beter to fix some gameplay issue before ? Don't your tired to lose time banning people or need marshalls to keep online gaming clean ? I'm also waiting to handle settings without a paper and pen or leaving game to load a config settings.

Just to show a game i love (alpha state), and hear sounds. I think it's a mix with environment samples and motor numerical sound. Power sensations are here when you play it. Not easy to handled a 999cc with antiwheeling off ;p
