Not so fast, I was referring to straight line acceleration and general stability over bumps. I guess the bucking erratically and rider falling off/gimp mode could be linked? It's not until the 450 is a little off axis that I really start to experience what I was describing. The 250f's on the other hand are a constant battle to keep in a straight line for me. They also lose traction way too easily compared to the 450 which has a lot more power. Make more sense?Phathry25 wrote:You contradicted yourself in the same post. At first the 450's fall over easily, and buck erratically. Later in the post you ask when the 250's will handle the bumps better like the 450. Not looking like a fruit cake failed...
I'm not 100% on the actual weight difference in the game, even if it is only 10LBS you also have to factor in the extra inertia added by a much heavier crank on the 450's.

And blake bagget weighs about 85 lbs.mx4life wrote:The rider on the 450 is 175 and the 250 is 150. Makes sense. Chad Reed weighs about 170, Justin Barcia weighs 140.

i really like the bikes jlv, however these beasts are hard to control when u come alittle fast into the corners. i personally think that u should try sumtin with the braking system. also i got a question, what would be an recomended gearing setting be for the 450s?

Re: 2011-11-17 snapshot
I used 2(rear) -2(front) on the 250fs but I bumped it up to 1 -1 on the 350. Today I plan on trying the 450 with 1 -3Mcbroom#474 wrote:i really like the bikes jlv, however these beasts are hard to control when u come alittle fast into the corners. i personally think that u should try sumtin with the braking system. also i got a question, what would be an recomended gearing setting be for the 450s?

Does anyone ever read this?jlv wrote:Replace mx.exe or mxbin with one of the above files. The default location for mx.exe should be "C:\Program Files\MX Simulator". I'd keep a backup of the originals since these aren't well tested.
