new physics into the demo of mxsim

Post by Jacko447 »

hi there i have been playing the mxsimulator(demo version) for a while now and i dont like how the front end washes out, so i looked on this forum and found the new physics where the rider can lean backwards and fowards and the front tire doenst wash out as easily , so it would be good if they were put into the demo so i can get a feel for the physics and this will hopefully persuade me to buy the full version of mxsimulator and enjoy this game other than just crashing all off the time lol

cheers,jacko

I agree as well, but JLV has said already that would take a good amount of time to implement it into the demo and that he would rather put that time into improving the full version. You should just buy the game, you wont be disappointed.

The problem with that logic is that probably 99% of the people who hate the washout thing just wipe it off their drive in disgust and never consider the game again. That said, it is true that JLV needs to be focusing on developing future versions of the full version. I would like to propose that future demos come with a disclaimer stating that it may not represent the current state of the technology or something like that.

I was very close to being one of those people.

i also think it should be updated because the first time i played this game when it originally first came out but i thought it was pretty lame but i got used to the handling and now i absolutely love this game =] but i do think atleast.... they should throw some new tracks in the demo or update the current ones such as new hay bales fences, tents etc just so tht when someone first plays the game they have a good first impression of how it is

I think we all were. One thing I've learned about this forum is that nearly none of us are quitters, just from the fact that we had to make it through that shitty beginning to actually be a part of this.
