That button does not exist. You have to use a recording program like fraps or jlv's script!

I heard you got to press tab a few times to get it, but when i do it, it's just jumping from 1st to 3rd person mode..

you do that in playback mode. its free roam cam after 3rd person cam

The only things i can see when i click on Playback Race is ''Back to main menu, Playback Mode - Playback Only, Prev Page, Next Page

LMFAO i didnt think about restarting the game. But when i did that, it worked.
