I have a laptop and everytime im at the start line i had serious lag i cant move or anything, turned graphic contents down still does it....

No! OH GOD NO! That has one of the WORST processors for a game. Even minesweeper. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3bSi1 That is a good budget computer. Max settings- maybe 30-40, add a good graphics card, and it will be 100+
Medium settings- 90+
Low- Dont even fool with it

So when I bought the game, I had received two emails with information on them. It had the 1.9 download and the key on it. I wanted to restart on another computer since I dont have a harddrive to transfer across, and the email with the download and the key is gone and I dont know how else to get it. Does anyone know something I can do, should I contact JLV? Will I get it back, or will I just have to buy a new one, someone please help me!
