Graphics card will be a huge help, lots of new tracks utilize 4GB GPUs pretty heavily.

Pentium(R) D CPU 3.20GHz

This is a pretty old CPU and you might want to think about a new CPU, Motherboard, Ram and Graphics card. Even though its a 3.2Ghz cpu they didn't exactly get a lot done per/clock back in that series as compared to the 3.2Ghz CPUs now.

Both are ~$600 and both using about the cheapest parts you can use for a gaming machine today.

Running Intel grgaphics means you don't have a graphics card, everything is being run off of the CPU. If you could verify that your system can handle a 750Ti do it but its probably time to upgrade in a massive way.

I have chaged the graphics card to a amd radeon 5450 hd seems to be going good now but at times it will lag but better than it was and im on a very small budget
