Is there a series or video or even posts on ways to practice different things in Sim? I can get around a track if I spend a good amount of time with trial and error, but there has to be a quicker way to learn tracks.
I still have trouble on whoops and seems like a lot of the time my front tire slips up and over burms when I try to plant into a turn.

Re: MX Sim Training
The learn curve for mx simulator is a dick to learn! your going to want a really good set up go to this youtube video for a setup!!!
You are going to want to practice, A LOT, people normally say 4 to 6 months of practice to be rF good
and for the first 1 or 2 (maybe even 3) months just play on the stock tracks in tell you can through monster lap times then move to custom tracks
only ride a 250f, try all them the one your the best at ride (two strokes are hard to ride I find...opinion)
good luck bud!

Re: MX Sim Training
The post above has some good advice, but I have to disagree about the info on riding stock tracks. In my opinion, only ride stock tracks until you get a feel for turning and landing jumps. After that, it's time to start practicing on some newer tracks because the style of tracks that get raced on compared to stock tracks is just completely different. You will want to spend more time getting used to the newer stuff.
For whoops, I made a video a while back that goes over what I do in them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U8aEMgPMrH0

Re: MX Sim Training
I have played a lot, I've known MX Sim and played for about 1.5 years - 2. I recently have been playing Monster Energy Cup 2014 and have gotten to the point where I can turn laps and not crash there. Riding a 450 with a top lap time of 1:30. I can't seem to get down whoops for the life of me, especially on the newer SX tracks that come out they are huge. I'll have to try the link above.
Also should learn some setup stuff, I did get one off the forums I think and its pretty good, I just need to adjust so the front end doesn't just slide out on me.
