Elsinore/keyserver down

Looks like there was a hardware failure on elsinore. I have ticket in for it but have no idea when it'll be fixed.

The key server was also hosted on elsinore, and other servers need that to authenticate keys. I've moved the key server to a different server, but the DNS will cache the old address for 4 hours, so you won't be able to connect until after 4 hours *and* the mxserver process that connects to it is restarted. If you host a server, you should restart it 4 hours from now so it will use the new keyserver.

Sorry about this. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon.
