object pack lag on AMA national tracks

Hey i made a post before but it dosent seem to be showing up

im having trouble with 2015 outdoor nationals lagging with the object pack with my ATI card

my spec are

r9 290 4gb

Intel 3570k @ 3.2 ghz

Asrock z77 extreme motherboard

128gb ssd and a 750 watt psu,

supercross tracks are fine to play constant 125 FPS but the 2015 series of outdoor tracks just lag all the time, ive tryed changing opject pack from ultra to high to medium and low and dosent seem to make a diffrent. as long as i have a object pack on it lags

My brother plays the game on a similar setup and he dosent get any lag at all. the main tracks it lags the most on are indiana and budds creek and ive noticed they have alot of tress on them do you think it could be a bug with my graphics drivers? although i have reinstalled them and it has not fixed it

What are your graphics settings in game? With those spec's you shouldn't having any issues.

ive tryed all the preset settings and changing them myself, changed the terrain render mode just nothing seems to make a diffrence

maybe sombody could post there object pack here? maybe the one i downloaded was broken or somthing
