Go by the color, not the vertical lines. Ireland is shown all the same color for +0 so it is correct.

Felt pointless to start something new for a timezone question when theres this, so. I'm trying to figure out what time is GMT 15:00 in Central time? It's for homework and I've googled, wikipedia'd, and even tried a world clock converter. Nothing is helping meout though. Theres also the GMT 8:00 that I can't cnvert to Eastern. same problem really and I just can't wrap my mind around it. any help would be nice. Almost forgot it's based off of Moscow time, convert it to Central time through the GMT numbers. Or atleast I think thats what it's asking. Its school work it never makes sense. So, "The game starts at 15:00 GMT in Moscow but what time will it be on live from your timezone?"

Pumaxcs would know better than I do.
Ok so the scale goes from -12 through 0 to +12 GMT right? So there is no +15 GMT if I understand it myself. So is the question saying that the game starts at 15:00 (or 3:00 p.m.), in Moscow? So if Moscow is in the +6 time zone (I'm not exactly sure where it is lol) and you are in -5, which is eastern North America, then it would be 4:00 a.m. your time correct? Maybe I'm not getting your question, but I think this would be right. Hopefully that didn't just confuse you more lol.
15:00 (3:00PM) GMT should be 11:00AM in Eastern US.

And that is for EDT, for daylight savings easter is -4 GMT. EST is -5.

Well yes, that makes sense. One thing I don't get is, I'm in central time zone. Did I get that wrong? Might be able to tell time isn't my thing. Thanks guys.

Oh you're in central time...I read over that part So you would just go by either CST or CDT. CDT being -5 and CST being -4. Since we are in daylight savings time you would be GMT -5. 15:00(3:00PM)GMT is 10:00AM CDT. The world is a very confusing place! It is especially confusing how some places do not use daylight savings at all.

you threw me when you said its based off moscow time. That led me to believe you were trying to figure out what 15:00 Moscow time would be in central time.
